Western Desert Travel Company was established in 2001 by local Bedouin guides who are residents of the area and who are of course very knowledgeable about driving and knowing all desert trails. This is for you to spend your tour with us safely
Western Desert Travel organizes all kinds of safari trips in the Western Desert of Egypt between Cairo, Bahariya, Farafra, Dakhla, Kharqa and Luxor Fifth.
And also in the northern oasis of Siwa, the Degara Cave.
We have a lot of experience in tourism, small and large groups of people from Europe, Japan, Korea and USA come with their travel agency guides to visit the beautiful Western Sahara.
We have our safe 4×4 vehicles and all the equipment we need to make safari camps in the desert. Because most of the tourists like to sleep under the starry sky.

Western Desert Travel
The Western Desert in Egypt is an area of desert that lies west of the Nile River, to the Libyan border, and to the south of the Mediterranean Sea to the border with Sudan. It is named in contrast to the Eastern Desert, which extends from east of the Nile River to the Red Sea. The Western Sahara is mostly a rocky desert, although there is a sandy desert region in it, known as the Great Sand Sea, located in the west near the Libyan border. The desert covers an area of 262,800 square miles (680,650 square kilometers), which is two-thirds of the country. Its highest elevation is 3,300 feet (1,000 m) on the Gulf Kabir plateau to the far southwest of the country, on the Egyptian-Sudanese-Libyan border. The Western Sahara is arid and uninhabited except for a series of oases that extend in an arc from Siwa Oasis, in the northwest, to the Kharga oases in the south. The Western Sahara has been the scene of conflicts in the modern era, especially during the Second World War
